Entrepreneurship, first, is a behavioural trait. It can be taught. As compared to footballing skills, the more natural the trait is with a person, the farther they would go. Some would ask, ‘Are entrepreneurs born or made?’ What a debate this could spark? However, I reserve my thoughts. Entrepreneurship in Ghana is once again beginning to gather momentum. It would take my kind to dream, you are kind of support and the government to facilitate the activities of entrepreneurs before we can
Life's stories are not always pleasant. You do not get want you want, but what you fight for, prepare yourself spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and physically to face the inevitability of life. Some of the stories are good, others are bad, others are difficult to appreciate, others are soul crushing and drains your life energy. Life is a serious business to be played with. Identify your mission and purpose very early in life, give it all your best, study and build capacity for that assignment resonating in your heart. It does not matter how many times you Fall, rise up, pick up the pieces, try again until you succeed. If you have never failed in life, is only a sign that you have never tried. Always remember that life is made up of morning seasons, afternoon and evening, and for some night seasons.

# Life is a full time business; life will always place a toll on your emotional bank, intellectual bank, spiritual bank as well as your physical bank. The pressure and the force exerted on you is always greater than the pull. Others are constantly under pressure to meet the expectation of either their parents, spouse, clients, managers, and so on. People will always offend you and when you do not create an exit for the offences in your life and the hurts, they accumulate to a threshold

Have you ever felt like you could have done it perfectly, but you were ignored on the team and yet, your leader complains of lack of resources?

Any disagreement between two parties or people is termed as conflict technically. Is it possible to avoid conflict? The answer is a big NO. Managers and leaders must expect conflict in the workplace, especially in a stressful work like the nursing, medical profession and many corporate bodies. There is no organization without conflict. Many chief executive officers, leaders and managers spend countless hours working on systems and structure (programs) instead of the developing and empowering the people (programmers) who make the system works. Leadership experts and management consultants have observed that the problem of organization is 90% people and 10 % systems. Which goes further to suggest that leaders and managers should spend a greater percentage of their time empowering their subordinates, develop and build their
