By virtue of distinguished and innovative leadership of Dr. DR. E. K. AMPONSAH, the medical director of the Sunyani regional hospital, he was given the honours of being the special guest of honour of the Induction & Award ceremony of the Chartered Institute of Leadership & Governance (CILG) on the 23rd November, 2019 at Golden Tulip hotel, Kumasi.  The Chartered Institute of Leadership & Governance is a professional body established under the State of the New Mexico, United States of America, to build and implement Leadership and Governance skills in administration of duties. CILG is currently in 51 different countries in the world and 17 countries in Africa.

    In his speech, Dr. DR. E. K Amponsah spoke about the 4Is of Transformational Leadership, springboard to sustainable development. The 4Is of Transformation leadership as said by Dr. DR. E.K. Amponsah are: 

1. Idealized Influence ( II)

2. Intellectual Stimulation ( IS)

3. Inspirational Motivation ( IM)

4. Individualized Consideration ( IC).

    DR. DR. encouraged the entire Assembly to imbibe and exhibit transformational leaderhsip in order to ensure sustainable economic and national development. This involves inspiring your Team and incorporating Team Spirit, engaging staff in order to unearth their inert potentials and abilities for national Development. Development that is sustainable must start with inspirational Motivation, engage the intellectual capacities of staff, consider each Team member as an individual and internalize all the change processes and development for sustainability and profitability. This will ensure the increase in market share and expansion of business acumen within the corporate industry.
